1. Scope

This policy governs returns, refunds and cancellations of orders placed on logobuum.com. Because most of our catalog is customized with the customer’s artwork, return conditions depend on whether the product is customized or stock.

2. Customized products

Customized products are not returnable or refundable due to a change of mind, an excess quantity ordered, or errors in artwork approved by the customer. A return will only be accepted when the product shows a manufacturing or printing defect, or when the error is attributable to LogoBuum (for example, shipment of a model, color or quantity different from the one approved).

3. Stock products (not customized)

Non-customized items may be returned provided that: (a) the return is requested within a reasonable period from receipt of the order; (b) the product is unused, unwashed and in its original packaging; and (c) the item is eligible as indicated on its product page. Shipping fees originally paid are not refundable, unless the return results from an error by LogoBuum.

4. How to request a return

• Contact our team with the order number, the reason and photographs where applicable.
• If the case is eligible, we will issue a return authorization with shipping instructions.
• Do not ship any product without prior authorization: unauthorized packages cannot be processed.

5. Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase. The time it takes to post depends on the issuing financial institution and is beyond our control.

6. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled as long as production has not started. Once the customer approves the artwork and production begins, the order can no longer be cancelled or modified, because materials are immediately allocated to customization.

Special situations (large corporate orders, projects with deadlines or contractual terms agreed in writing) will be governed by what is expressly agreed between the parties.
