Shipping Policy
How we process, produce and deliver your custom branded products.
Last updated: October 2026 · LogoBuum, operated by NATOR GROUP CORP (“LogoBuum”, “we” or “us”).
1. Scope
This policy applies to all orders placed through logobuum.com. By confirming an order, the customer accepts the terms described here. LogoBuum ships to addresses within the continental United States; availability of shipping to other areas will be confirmed at the time of purchase.
2. Order processing and production
Most of our products are customized with the customer’s artwork. For this reason, production begins only after the customer approves the digital proof sent by our team. Any delay in approval directly affects the dispatch date.
3. Production and delivery times
Production and transit times shown on each product and at checkout are estimates. These times are approximate and may vary depending on the type of product, the quantity ordered, inventory availability, the season and carrier operations. LogoBuum does not guarantee exact delivery dates, except where the customer expressly purchases a rush production service and that service is confirmed in writing.
4. Shipping methods and costs
At checkout, the customer may choose from the shipping options available for their address (standard service or expedited services, where applicable). The cost is calculated and displayed before completing the purchase. Shipping promotions — for example, free shipping on orders over the amount stated on the site — apply only while in effect and may be changed or discontinued at any time.
5. Delivery address and customer responsibility
6. Tracking and delivery
Once the order is dispatched, the customer will receive the carrier’s tracking number by email. An order is considered delivered when the carrier records delivery at the address provided by the customer.
7. Undeliverable orders
If the carrier cannot deliver the package due to issues attributable to the address or the absence of a recipient, the package may be returned to our facilities. In that case, reshipment will require payment of the corresponding shipping fees.
8. Damage in transit
If the package arrives visibly damaged, the customer should note it with the carrier where possible and notify us as soon as possible with photographs of the packaging and the product so we can assess the case and activate the appropriate solutions.
